Hi! My name is Jona and I would be glad to share my 2 empty rooms in my house. I have an 11 year old son who lives with me. We have 1 friendly & playful dachshund dog who is very good security in my home. I have a kitchen that can be shared but please be wary of cleanliness in my house since I am also a busy person who has a lot of work to do and may not be able to attend all chores. My home has a very safe security that you don't have to worry about. Transportation is very accessible going back and forth to the city and the airport. Kindly read the description below:

The Space
My Place is a two storey modern house. This is a shared home with private rooms.
Private Room (good for 2 person only)
1 Queen Size Bed + Shared Hot&Cold Shower from downstairs.
The Private Room is situated on the lower floor of my house. This room can accommodate 2 adults. It is fully air conditioned room. Equipped with hot and cold shower, no TV and cable connection, it has free wi-fi throughout the house.
Shared use of living room with 36" tv with DVD, in-house movies, dining room , kitchen. (Sorry no cable TV connection yet as of this time.
Wifi connection is readily available for FREE, as well as telephone for local calls only. International calls are not allowed.

A security deposit is needed for damages that may occur during your stay. If no damage has been done, 100% will be refunded in cash upon check out.
Guest Access
Guest enters and exit on the main entrance of the house. But rooms will be secure with key locks. For damage items, a fee will be deducted on the security deposit.
If some cases the guest needs anything, guest can always call me anytime, I am readily available to help them as much as I can for them to enjoy their stay.
The Neighborhood
Maryville Subdivision is a 7-hectare fully developed residential place. It is located at Sitio Tigbao, Talamban, Cebu City. The main access is thru Talamban, Cebu City. Another gate is located at the side of North General Hospital along Barangay San Jose. There are guardhouses in both the main entrance and the back gate.
Subdivision features amenities such as clubhouse, tennis courts, parks and picnic spaces, and playgrounds. Highly secured, the subdivision prides itself on its centralized water system with three deep wells and two water tanks.
The subdivision is manned by Blue Guards Round the Clock (24 hours) and is fully fenced.

My kitchen has everything for my own use, just in case you want to cook your own food or stuff some food on my fridge, there will be small fee for the cooking gas or other edible you might need in the kitchen. However, stuffing some food on my fridge is free of charge as long as there is still enough space.
Mineral Drinking Water is free of charge.
Cleaning charge P150 (US$3.50) – this is only optional just in case the place is too untidy.
