Then during Turnover, we will let the unit owner sign the Freebies Request Form for the following freebies:

Refrigerator
Washing Machine
Queen-size Bed



If the unit owner doesn't like our freebies as he/she preferred another brand, size, and color then he/she has the option to not accept the freebie/ sell it /or give it to others. Freebies will depend on the availability too.
